The wine is made fom dried Vitovska. The colour is intense and deep amber, with lovely shades of gold. Viscosity and a quiet jet form the first impression while pouring the wine into the glass and distinguish Dried Vitovska as a most special wine. A clear and pure aroma, scents of white fruit jam and beeswax aromas are present, as well as those of cooked fruit and sweet spices. The taste, an intriguing collection of aromas, is present and lasting in the mouth (dried apricots, hazelnuts, almonds and honey). Despite the rich contents (alcohol, sugar, extract), the wine is complemented with enough acidity inviting for another sip.
